Build a foundation of everything you need to self-sufficiently create health and wellness in your life for the rest of your life. In this 3-month intensive program, you will develop clarity on the fundamentals of the body, mind, and spirit, and gain proficiency in practices that will help you continue to cultivate skills such as mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking.

The flexibility packages are geared towards those with a busy schedule— unable to commit to consistent weekly/monthly meetings. You will gain all of the benefits of the standard programs with extra ability to work around your schedule. ***This requires exceptional independence and follow through for the highest value.
